A Chance to Breathe: the Mountain Air Yoga Holiday
The Mountain Air Yoga Holiday is a chance to improve your technique, self-awareness and clarity of thought in a stunning, relaxed setting from the 24th to the 31st of August.
Some Yoga retreats are something you wish that you wanted to do; you know that you'll feel amazing afterwards, but will it be worth spending a precious week in total silence, sleeping on the hard ground, munching brown rice and whiffing the subsequent farts?
Thankfully, treeline chalets have designed a no-compromise yoga retreat, where each moment is pleasurable and fulfilling as well as benefiting your body, mind and energy. You're allowed to talk, you're allowed to sing, you can even go canyoning, horsetrekking, biking and rafting. You'll sleep in extreme comfort, in a luxury chalet with stunning views across a valley. The menu is healthy, delicious and varied, far from brown rice basics and there is even wine available for those who want it. All you'll smell is fresh mountain air, with the tantalising aroma of gourmet cooking.

Yoga and Meditation
Tammy Jones is a RYT 500+hr yoga teacher, spontaneous, compassionate and light hearted. She is sensitive to the needs of the group and the individual, adapting her style according to your needs. In her own words:
”My training and teaching experience allows me to combine traditional Indian Yoga styles with a contemporary western approach to authentically help guide others to find their own love for, and benefits from Yoga.”
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Links the flow of your breath to each movement. An energising sequence of postures which invigorate your body, increasing flexibility and strength.
A relaxing deep stretch class that combines movement with meditation to forge a deeper connection between your body and mind.
Learn and practice techniques to promote peace and well-being by improving concentration, self-awareness, clarity of thought and centeredness.
The emphasis is on raw cleansing foods, designed to restore your nutritional balance and replenish your vitals. You won't be served any processed or refined foods and there will be no added sugar and low fat and gluten contents. After morning yoga, you'll eat porridge, home-made granola or bircher muesli, natural yoghurts, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, lemon, honey and ginger water. At night, you'll be served gourmet vegetarian dinners packed with super foods (with one night off per week for the talented chef). There will always be fresh and dried fruit available for snacking, as well as a wide selection of herbal teas. For those who want it, wine will always be available.
