Short Break in Tignes from £119 this Autumn!
The skiandboardcamp is a stella option if you'd like a few days skiing in Tignes. You'll be following Rupert Mellor's ski-steps, a journalist who gave the camp a glowing review in this article. Yet, you could be one of the first to carve through the thick snow of Tignes this year. Tignes is one half of the L'Espace Killy ski domain, neighbouring Val d'Isere.
Tignes has a hefty snowsure season, open from October to late May. The resort consists of 130 hectares with 20 km of pistes and a considerable 750 m of vertical drop. Its one of the best locations for all-round skiing in Europe, catering for skiiers and boarders of all grades, shapes and sizes on the naturally snowsure high slopes and the low slopes, serviced by snow cannons. The X-games were held in Tignes in this year - check out this hilarious Charlie Jackson commentary and peek at the pistes behind him.
