Snowchateaux are looking for resort staff for this winter.
We are a family run and owned chalet company operating in the French Alps and are looking for resort staff to help deliver our catered chalet experience to our guests.
We have various positions available from chalet hosts to chalet couples to resort drivers. Within these roles you will get the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful locations in the world, improve your skiing or snowboarding and meet some fantastic people.
As a chalet host or couple you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast, afternoon tea and a sumptuous 3 course evening meal. You will be responsible for cleaning the entire chalet (including bathrooms!) whilst providing excellent customer service to our guests and making sure their stay is a memorable one for all the right reasons.
We need a hands on approach to every aspect of the work and whether you work alone or as part of a team you will need to be friendly, dedicated, outgoing with a passion for cooking and excellent customer services.
- Previous experience of working in a ski resort
- Have the necessary confidence/experience to cook a 3 course evening meal for up to 16
- The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
- Provide excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner
Attractive salary plus end of season bonus, ski pass, accommodation, ski equipment for season, winter sports insurance and transport to and from the UK at start and end of season.
